--Drop off dates for shows are the last date pieces will be accepted for a show. If you cannot make the scheduled drop off, you must make arrangements to bring in your pieces before that date. Please call Cathy or Julie to schedule an appointment. No pieces will be accepted after the drop off date, as we start hanging the show as soon as all pieces have been received.
--If you would like to come in and remove or exchange pieces you have in the Gallery, you must call and make an appointment at least 48 hours in advance. That way we can have pieces pulled and all the paperwork ready for you.
--All members are permitted 2-3 pieces hanging in the Annex gallery upstairs. If you take home pieces from this gallery, please bring in replacements at the same time. We like to avoid having empty spots on the walls.
